Shipping

Domestic shipping is offered with various services from UPS and USPS. It is up to the customer to contact Dandy Lion Children's Shop prior to completing online order with any questions or concerns regarding shipping. Dandy Lion Children's Shop is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items. Tracking numbers will be emailed to customers.

International Shipping requires contact with Dandy Lions Children's Shop prior to any online order being completed. Each item requires a H&S code for the country of destination in order to complete declarations for customs.

We do not ship to international freight forwarder and/or logistic centers. Orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Returns

We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, Dandy Lions Children's Shop's online return policy is stated below.

Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date

The merchandise may be mailed back to us, or returned to the store. Please leave all merchandise tags attached. Also, please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method.  No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges  Clearance and Final Sale items marked down 40% or more cannot be returned.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.  The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you. 

All refunds must meet the following criteria:  The merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase; and 2. The merchandise must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and 3. The merchandise must be accompanied by the original Dandy Lions Children's Shop receipt.

If the merchandise being returned was purchased using a credit card and we credit your account, the credit will show on the statement you receive after the issuing bank applies the credit.  We do not keep credit cards on file, so you will need to provide any missing information in order to issue the credit card credit.

If you exchange merchandise, your account will be credited for the return and a sale rung for the new merchandise.

If the merchandise being returned was purchased using a Gift Certificate, a new Gift Certificate will be issued.
